We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for orders shipped within the GCC region, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, as well as Jordan.

  • Original packaging must be intact

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.
